Pioneer Chapter Riders Club Meeting
At the Hasting American Legion on Sunday September 28th 10:00.

Chuck Barsness brought the meeting to order and recorded minutes.
Membership Report-
Dues for 2014 are $25. Send your 2014 dues to Paul Michels - 41627 Ottawa Road - St Peter  MN 56082.  You can contact Paul at dwnmch1@aol.com or 507-340-3095.  If you send a check make it out to the Pioneer Chapter Riders Club.  The 2014 Membership Gift is a 15 year Pioneer Chapter pin.

New Business -
- The Group discussed further on having more riding/activities other than just the Annual Rally during 2014.
- Phoenix Bike Week - Departing March 22nd 20155 returning March 30th 2015. Paul has been in contact with Dave and Jennie Hanlon. He found out there are a couple motels - one within walking distance of the Rally for $210 per night and one about 3 1/2 miles away for $140 per night. Please let us know what you think if you are planning on going or if you have ideas.
2015 Rally-
Will be held from Wednesday 7/8/15 to Sunday 7/12/15. Brian from North Star Power Sports in Albert Lea has invited us back next year. Possibility of New locations? 150 miles or less a day. Maybe two nights in Winona or driving down to Poopy's in Savanna Illinois. Volunteers to help with planning are needed? -— General discussion was had. After the meeting Doug and Chuck rode on a couple routes that could be used during the 2015 Rally and stopped at a potential lunch or break spot at Scooters on Highway 60 at Zumbro Falls.
Holiday Party-
Paul has contacted Jackpot Junction and if we make reservations soon we can have any weekend we want in Feb 2015. Rooms w/b $60/night. (verify the cost with Paul)
Trade Mark Issues - 
No response to date.
Next Meetings - 
The October will be held at Lorn Herrmann’s House: 908 Horizon Circle Belle Plaine MN 56011 at noon on ZOctober 26th.
Misc -
Pioneer Chapter Owned Super X Tools - Buck Bailey has the Pioneer Chapter owned tools and now has the Time-Sert front and back drain plug repair kits available.  There will be a nominal cost for the inserts.  Just contact Buck at ksbailey@mchsi.com or 612-860-7278 as they are available for use by any of our members.
